Terms and Conditions Relating to the Sale of Services to You

This section relates to the sale of charter services by Dolphin Boat Charter to you.

Our Contract

When you place an order to purchase a service from Dolphin Boat Charter, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a service which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've booked a boat charter for you ("Booking Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Booking Confirmation Email to you.

You recognise that engaging in recreational boating includes inherent risk. Those risks include a broad range, including but not limited to, tripping, slipping, losing balance, collisions and you recognise that those risks include the possibility of personal injuries and even death. You choose to participate in this activity in spite of those risks. You therefore agree to assume all risks that may occur in connection with using the boats resulting in any harm, damage, injury, illness or death to oneself or any of the passengers. You agree to release and discharge the Principal, its officers, employees and agents from any and all claims for liability, damage, injury, illness, death, costs or other expenses or any other damages claimed except in respect of personal injury or death caused by the negligence of the Principal and acknowledges that the Principal shall have no liability whatsoever, howsoever arising, in respect of any members of the crew on the boats with the you except in respect of personal injury or death caused by the negligence of the Principal. It is highly recommended that you have your own insurance.

Lost Property

Please ensure you look after your property. Dophin Boat Charter can not be held responsible for loss or damage to property. Please remember to take all your belongings with you at the end of your event.

Late Arrivals

Please contact us if you have any problems with directions and / or you are going to be late. Failure to do so may result in your event being cancelled by the Company Management.

Pricing

All Prices are in Pounds Sterling, inclusive of VAT. All prices are subject to change without notification.

Returns and Refunds Policy

This section relates to the Returns and Refunds Policy, which applies to services purchased from us.

In no event shall Dolphin Boat Charter be liable for any damages whatsoever, and in particular Dolphin Boat Charter shall not be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of time, or disappointment suffered by you arising from a cancellation or postponement of a booking.

Legal compliance

This returns and refunds policy is in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Your rights as a consumer

In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period in which you have the right to cancel your purchase of any physical goods or services that we deliver to you.

How to cancel within the 7 day cooling off period

Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the cooling off period, please contact us.

All bookings are non-transferable and cannot be re-sold without prior consent of Dolphin Boat Charter. All other refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Electronic Communications

When you visit Dolphin Boat Charter send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or through messages on our website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy legal requirements that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect you statutory rights.

Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you use the website.
